Localisation is used all the time and Background app refresh drains phone battery. It works, but you need to kill the application after each use unfortunately.

Make sure you login with your phone number or the app will constantly give you errors and the digital key won’t work.

My battery is currently at 40% and the car won’t remote start because the app claims my car needs at least 30% battery life to do so. This has been an issue since I got my 2023 Prius Prime 7 months ago. Please fix.

Disappointed in Toyota. Expected a better app. No settings menu, can’t customize anything. No useful alerts other than when the car is fully charged.

What a joke. After paying $71,000 for a truck, I have to constantly deal with an app asking for me to subscribe.

Horrible, I won’t have enough room or time to give this app a review that it deserves but shame on its developers and shame on Toyota. This app is not user friendly nor is it reliable. Just try to add another user like my wife, that alone is a nightmare and I should not have to jump through hoops trying to do it. Wake up Toyota and read the reviews that give you such a low rating and try to understand the frustration users are having. This app alone is making us considering selling the car we just bought. The problems I have had with this app is long and if Toyota can’t figure it out and make some serious updates to the app and to the software then I am done with Toyota.

A lot of the issues I’ve been facing have been addressed.

App is not worth paying for. Support is non existent. One to two times each day the app disconnects requiring 1-2 minutes on each use to re-authenticate the app. I got a one year free trial subscription and now 8 months later still having this daily issue. Toyota cannot fix it. Their suggestion is wait for a new Toyota app update to fix whatever bugs they are having. Well Toyota waiting!!!!
