The Toyota app makes it easy to manage your vehicle anytime, anywhere. Designed for convenience, safety, and peace of mind, the app lets you stay connected to your Toyota like never before.
Key Connected Services Features (1):
Remote Connect – Start or stop your engine, and lock or unlock your doors, among other features, including Digital Key (2) and Last Parked Location
Service Connect and Maintenance Made Simple – Schedule service with your Toyota Dealer and track your vehicle’s health
Drive Connect – Map your route using Cloud navigation, Live agent support via Destination Assist, and Voice commands like “Hey Toyota. Take me home” will help you get where you want to be
Safety Connect includes Roadside Assistance Support - press the SOS button inside your Toyota for enhanced roadside assistance.
The “Assist 24/7” button on the dashboard allows you to get roadside assistance support by phone (2)
Owner Resources – Access your vehicle’s owner’s manual and warranty guides (2)
Log in or create an account and enroll in your included trials (3) to explore the Connected Services (1) available on select Toyota models (2).
Experience smarter, more connected driving available through the Toyota app.
(1) Toyota Connected Services vary by vehicle and are subject to change at any time without notice. Services depend on 4G network availability, a cellular connection and GPS signal. Without anyone or more of these things, operability may be limited or precluded, including access to response center and emergency support. Further, if and when 4G network changes or is discontinued, or the underlying technology required to support service becomes obsolete, then the Connected Services will not work, and Toyota will need to discontinue impacted services. Services require account registration through the Toyota app and acceptance of the Connected Services Terms of Use:

For the last two weeks I have not been able to sign in. When I tap the sign in link, the screen goes black for a couple of seconds and then returns to the home screen. I’m using an iPhone. I have deleted and reinstalled the app but it doesn’t help.

One of the worse app and not user friendly. Difficult to add my second Toyota and the scan QR never work. Uninstalled and reinstalled still doesn’t work with my new iPhone 16. Can’t compare with my Tesla and never had over the air updates anyway.

Toyota that I found. I was on the phone with their help line for over an hour. Aside fe not having the menu choice available, I was unable to complete the task in the car with the touchscreen. I spent the greater part of the day trying to get this to work for my wife. I failed. The help line knows little about the app or how to perform what seems like a function any couple would want to complete. My second bad exp. With Toyota apps for phone after entune years ago.
