Bought LC300 in Dubai July 24 . To date the app is not working not connecting with vehicle. Dealer has said they can’t do anything about since the app is under maintenance. I am not sure if i have bought the car with bad connection or the app service.

I bought it 2 weeks ago and they didnt have courtesy to tell me about the app not working. 300k+ worth car and the app is not functional. But i dont get this why a month old car app is working??

Got the vehicle a couple of weeks back, although advertised as a feature in the catalogue and the website. This is certainly not the case. During hand over I was told ‘it usually connects and not connecting now, feel free to try it another time’ but this was a lie. I tried multiple times and got frustrated as it doesn’t even allow smart key fob remote start like the Land Cruiser. Spoke to the hand over specialist and was told that the app servers are offline since 2 months and a further wait of probably 3-4 months is expected. Apparently the HQ is revamping the app due to many complaints from the users. I doubt this, probably giving the same answers to all customers. Also, will get an email when the app will be available to use, should have sent an email when the app was not available to use too. Super disappointed.

System has been offline for 2 weeks with no support provided from support team. 2 weeks Im not benefiting from service although deducted from contract time.

I can’t unlock doors, and close the windows when car is off !! As well as lock the doors when the car is running same as Nissan Y62 remotes feature!!

This app is not working despite many attempts to uninstall and reinstall I cant start car remotely status code 2

When I forget one of the windows open and locked the car and go far away I should comeback to the car and close the windows manually, hope solve that thing
