## Toyota Engage App Description
*Note: Toyota Engage App does not provide Connected Services or Audio / Multimedia connection to your Toyota vehicle. For Connected Services with your Toyota vehicle, please download the Toyota App.

Built by Toyota for Toyota, there's no better source for quick and accurate product information.

Toyota Engage App has what it takes to turn you into a Toyota product expert. Loaded with useful information on model lines, feature details, competitors, and useful tools designed to give you instant information.

Toyota has one of the most extensive product lines in the industry, with cars, trucks, segment leaders, niche models, and more hybrid models than any other brand. And the Toyota Engage App has the content to keep you on top of it all.

Toyota Engage App also arms you with useful tools to pull up relevant product info when you need it.

With VIN Scan, just scan a vehicle’s VIN bar code to pull vital information on a specific model on the lot. Meanwhile, the Towing and Payload calculator does the math for you when balancing the capacities of a specific Toyota vehicle.

Dive into critical vehicle specs, grade details, and model year changes – all before the vehicles even reach the lot.

Whether you’re studying up on key features, dimensions, media services, or a whole new trim, Toyota Engage App's vehicle pages have answers to your questions. And if you need to know what a Sienna Platinum grade offers over a Limited? Check out the Trim Walk feature to find out.

## Toyota Engage App Reviews in United States

### *---- "Still Not Public Accessible"
I was pretty excited to download the app, hoping that Toyota had decided to remove the dealer-only access. I was wrong. The other reviewers are correct. This IS NOT intended for the public. Even clicking on benign seeming categories, such as “SAFETY”, will take you to a login that requires Dealer level access (even though the login looks as though it will try to use your Toyota customer account to login).

It feels pretty clear that they don’t want the consumer to become an ‘expert’ on the vehicle they purchased nor do they want potential consumers to have an at-your-fingertips place to easily compare different models when considering a Toyota as a vehicle. (After having spent several months on websites, clicking back and forth, looking at and comparing different vehicles to decide what exactly I wanted, before buying my vehicle, I truly would have appreciated what this app seems to offer.)

All of the other *business* apps that Toyota has appear to be clearly marked as such; I’m unsure why they did not change the category and description of this app to reflect that it isn’t a consumer driven app.
-- MrsFord2004, 2024-12-20

### *---- "Completely dysfunctional"
Just like all of Toyota’s internal web resources, this app is built on shaky foundations and is hugely unreliable. Every day there will be a new and baffling software issue and each update will only add more to the pile.
-- Jimmy.98, 2024-09-30

### *---- "Not working"
Can’t log out or do anything, just a blank screen after update
-- Jr_hernandez, 2024-08-23

### *---- "Even worse than the Toyota app."
Nothing functions, I can’t use a single feature on the app. I have offloaded, redownloaded, does not work.
-- lucasjbarker, 2024-06-04

### *---- "This app is f’ing worthless"
I sell for Toyota and this app never works. You go to use it as a tool to help sell and it never works. Go to do your engage trivia, never works.
-- klawrence62, 2024-05-25

### *---- "Useless right now"
Can’t get anything to load when a customer is asking me questions about nitty gritty details about vehicles.
-- Primalanimal, 2024-05-20

### **--- "Never works when you need it too"
It would be great to get information but it never works for me or any of my co workers. I’ve been using third party information.
-- dtyfhrfjyrsd, 2024-05-09

### *---- "Useless without Dealer Sign in"
App needs Dealer Daily username and password
-- R_Gtz, 2023-06-26

### *---- "Can’t use the app without a dealer sign on"
I loved using the app to explore and compare models I’m considering. But the app is no longer available to the public. A dealer password is required. Toyota.com is a good alternative, but this app was convenient and fast.
