Idk what’s going on but I’ve been trying to create an account for the past hour and it says the same thing. “Register failed. Retry later.” I’ve retried and retried and the watch won’t work with the app. It need to be fixed or I will have to get my money back.
You can only add one watch face to the app. That is odd it makes no sense. I don’t wanna have to get out my phone every time I wanna change my watch face.
The app is simple, I’ve had some trouble with my watch disconnecting and reached out to Tech Support on app via email and they were responsive and helpful.
After linking and using my watch and this app for couple months, the app doesn’t link much information to health app. Hard time connecting to change watch face. And the watch has problem itself as sometime it restarts without any notice then lost data on that time period. Wish it could be better for an improvement.
Went for a morning run and went to sync it to my health app. It took awhile to load which isn’t a huge problem but the issue is it *deleted* my steps, heart rate monitor, miles etc. If I got this watch to track what I do and it does exactly… not that, then it’s a complete waste of money. Just save up for a garmin fellow runners or walkers.
Just picked up the watch and app. There is a lot to like, but not being to customize app order is a huge detriment, as is a lack of the ability to create watchfaces.
I’m in née of a verification code to reset my password and I have 60 seconds to complete this task. Why does it take two minutes to receive a code???? I will not be purchasing another watch. The watch functions well but the codes are another story

Water reminders happen. Watch face even shows % of water, but no capability to log the water on the S4 or in the app. I don’t understand why this isn’t a feature. Faces keep changing because of my clothes when I have long sleeves. Kind of annoying but I like the watch. Need more than 10 sport mode options though that I can save. For a person that goes to a gym 10 may not be enough.
