i expect this gonna good cctv management but i wrong, it has weird issue fail to load device although all fine in cctv network and internet, im not sure it because bad impl auth from app or security issue, damn

Glad to see ability to support 16 camera / screen. Pls allow user to manually sort the camera sequence
Better performance after last fw update
All things run better, appreciate for VIGI team! Two more thing to fix are please for User Management, make it customizable especially for Playback access, let us decide who can playback who can’t. Currently, all users can run playback. Second, upgrade Login page to be Https instead let it on obsolete http. Thank you

It keep crashing and force close
I have Vigi C540W and NVR 1008H. What happen is ; 1. The app keep crash and force close whether when live view or playback. 2. The greenish screen when live view didnt go away after Soft Decode enabled. 3. The notification is poor, it didnt record motion/human constantly. On the other hand my Tapo App (no subscription) works flawlessly, all three problems above never happen (I have Tapo C320WS and C210). I admit the service center responsive, but the problems still occur. I wish Vigi App can merge to Tapo App.
