## tpgFlex Description
tpgFlex est une offre de bus à la demande qui dessert toute la région de la Champagne, à Genève et jusqu’à Viry, en France. 



L'application tpgFlex vous permet de réserver votre bus à la demande en choisissant votre arrêt de départ et d'arrivée , l'heure à laquelle vous souhaitez partir ou arriver et vous permet même de commander une course jusqu'à une semaine à l'avance.




L’offre de bus à la demande, tpgFlex, est accessible avec les titres de transport unireso pour les trajets dans le canton de Genève (abonnements et billets valables dans le périmètre unireso zone 10) ; pour les trajets vers et depuis Viry, un titre de transport Léman Pass (abonnements et billets valables en zone 230 + unireso zone 10) est nécessaire. 

Le billet ""Saut de puce"" n'est pas valable.

Je trouve le concept super, par contre en 5 courses réservées, 1 fois le conducteur ne s'est pas présenter à l'arrêt et a annulé la course plus d'une heure après sous prétexte que je n'étais pas présente à l'arrêt! Et la 2e fois, le conducteur se présente 20 minutes avant l'heure prévue et annule la course de nouveau parce que je suis pas présente à l'arrêt. C'est difficile de faire confiance dans ces conditions.

Mes lieux favoris sont effacés à chaque mise à jour cela devient lassant au bout de la 3ème fois. De plus, il n’y a pas assez de cases pour les favoris, pour une utilisatrice régulière et exclusive des transports publics genevois. Rajoutez-en Svp. Merci

J’ai commandé 2 bus un à 18:18 et un à 18:33 ils ne sont pas arrivés. J’ai attendu 1 heure sous la pluie et je n’ai pas reçu de notification en quoi le bus sera en retard.
