They will spam call you because no one wants to work demanding jobs for cheap and they can’t find people dumb enough to sign up. Use indeed or something else instead.

This app never notifies IMMEDIATELY when a job posts. You have to constantly check the app multiple times a day to see if a job is available or not.. there has been countless times where a job has been posted and taken down within seconds or a minute. It’s absolutely not fair - or having a job posting out of nowhere that’s far away but you have to be there in 20 minutes with no notice (if you accept the job offer). Needs structure, needs more notifications, and more job posting for sure.

I didn’t even get a job got suspended? Then customer service people all terrible no help on telling me why ?

If you are using instant pay I would strongly suggest reconsidering taking a weekend shift if you need the money now. If you take a weekend shift with Instant pay you run the very real risk of not being paid and having no recourse as Support will not answer your ticket. You can also look forward to submitting tickets after every shift since the instant pay option is so embarrassingly inconsistent. This is the ONLY app that I have (constant) pay issues with. After this stint of shifts Traba is getting moved to the “last resort” territory as it doesn’t pay particularly well either. Not worth it unless you have no better option.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this app is so bad I feel obligated to warn others. I’ve worked with plenty of staffing agencies like Qwick, Wonolo, Jobble, WorkWhile, you name it, but this is hands-down the WORST platform I’ve ever used. Let me break down why: First, I have not been paid for two shifts due to technical glitches. TWO SHIFTS. It’s nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. Their customer service is a joke, completely unprofessional and unhelpful. It’s like they don’t care. I’m already looking into filing a complaint with the Department of Labor or taking legal action because this is unacceptable. They need to be investigated. Second, they don’t know how to schedule shifts properly. I was scheduled for a Saturday and Sunday shift from 8 AM to 5 PM, only to find out it was supposed to be Friday, Saturday, AND Sunday, starting at 5 AM every day. I couldn’t work that because I have a 9-5 job commitment during the week! How do you mess up something as simple as a schedule? And of course, there was zero communication about this until it was too late. Third, they send people to jobs only to get turned away. I’ve witnessed this happen multiple times, and it’s beyond sickening and frustrating. How do you run a business this poorly? Honestly, I don’t believe any of the positive reviews here. They’re either fake or paid for, because there is no way anyone could have a good experience with this app. Do yourself a favor and steer clear! There are much better staffing platforms out there that treat workers with respect and actually PAY THEM. Zero Stars! This app is a complete disaster. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. You have been warned!

I used this app to clock in and out of work I haven’t been paid in over 2months I called to report the issue nobody helps and the guy was really rude to me then stated they can not pay me my check I’ve literally worked hard for I recommend not to use these scammers they well slave you just to take all your earnings I well be hiring a lawyer to receive justice this app should be banned and everybody who runs it should be in jail I demand justice!!

Need to fix app, you can’t pick up two eight hour shift without trouble. You have to call them or text them. Then the shift is gone. TRASH.

Nearly impossible to get a gig on this app. Jobs are always full and you have to get on a waitlist which rarely comes through. If you do get selected for a job they’ll let you know about 10 minutes before you’re supppsed to be there🗑️ very unprofessional
