TraceableLIVE™ for iPhone connects you to your critical environments monitored by TraceableLIVE™ ISO 17025 calibrated measurement devices.  Once a device is connected to your account, you can monitor, manage, and control via your iPhone.

SIMPLE SETUP
Setting up TraceableLIVE™ for your iPhone couldn’t be easier:
* Purchase a TraceableLIVE™ product, connect it to your existing Wi-Fi network.
* Setup an account through the TraceableLIVE™ website.
* Point the device to your account, and you will start seeing it on your iPhone, and be able to manage and monitor remotely.

NOTIFICATIONS
TraceableLIVE™ ensures peace of mind by allowing you to protect your work.  Receive push, email, and/or SMS notifications when alarm events occur.  Notifications include:
* Measurement channel outside of your user specified range,
* Loss of connectivity with device,
* Low battery on device,

SCABILITY
TraceableLIVE™ scalability and segmentability knows no end, as it allows you to add unlimited devices and users to your account and divide them into as many groups as you prefer.

SECURITY
TraceableLIVE™ uses an SSL-encrypted secure connection for all data transfers.  Produce secure-PDF reports for local data records.  Administrative and standard user roles allow you to control available functionality for each user.  This ensures the data stored will always be safe and protected with TraceableLIVE™.

When typing in my login and password on an Iphone SE, I can’t see the text.  The box is too small (vertically).

The app worked well until the most recent update.  Currently,  It requires manual login every time I open it, when I ask for temperature data by the month the App crashes and closes.  The interface may be a bit more attractive, but the functionality is terrible.  Please bring back the previous version.

The UI is not improved in any way. It’s much less intuitive and the sensor names are no longer visible past the first screen. Not to mention that there’s no way to stay signed-in to the iPhone app and no option to save my password in the new version of the app. I do hope these issues are addressed. I’ve contacted them about things in the past (e.g., why is -90 the minimum set point (for alarm)? Depending on where the probes are placed in our freezers, they may constantly read colder than -90C and trigger an alarm. This is a terrible nuisance.), but they never responded.

I can’t speak for how the app used to perform, but it works great now. We haven’t had any issues with the service or the app. I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a service like this.

The new app fails to display any sensor data, doesn’t respond when selecting specific sponsors and is generally slow and poor performing. Furthermore, login and password for app doesn’t seem to work as login and password on the website.

The old version of this app was slow, but at least it was faster than the website. This new update has been “loading” for over an hour.  Hopefully just bugs that need worked out, though you’d think that someone would have checked this app over before releasing it?!
