Proxy hide info and its over priced -- Shawnmoore81, 2025-01-01 ### *---- "SCAM" Very shady business. I bought the premium plan so I could add a second email address but it kept taking me to the purchase page to get a second subscription unknowingly charging me nearly $700. I’ve emailed customer service 4-5 times with no answer or vague responses. I started a dispute with PayPal and TRACK offered me a $9.99 refund. Just absurd. Use Mail suite for Gmail for free. -- NewYork4078, 2025-01-01 ### *---- "Not great" The app will randomly stops working and it’s impossible to reach anyone from customer service. Basically you have to wait several days for it to eventually start working. -- Courtneycthompson88, 2024-10-04 ### *---- "The app is inconsistent" Lots of false ‘“reads”. -- JoseJBM, 2024-06-29 ### *---- "Disappointment" Disappointed in the ability to see when emails are opened and read. I only received two notifications out of many emails I sent during the trial period. And one was a test email I sent myself. So I definitely was not going to purchase the full version. -- LauraAnne614, 2024-05-24 ### *---- "Email addresses have give-away wording" Unless I’m doing this wrong, there is a give-away in the address that would tell a recipient they were being tracked. What is the point of that…?! Quite, quite, useless!!! And further you get these friendly follow up emails as if the developer is really writing them that can’t be replied to and no one has ever replied to the issue I bring up here. I’d love to be proven wrong. Overly complicated to use. -- htimsc01, 2024-01-05 ### *---- "Do NOT use this APP WARNING" I installed Track over a year ago, used their trial Option…over 1 YEAR later I’m still dealing with trying to get it removed. THIRTY TWO (32) emails to their “service” center and still no reply. How Track has hi jacked my email account and won’t let me send!! Yes, I’ve worked with Gmail and Apple, and tried every way to remove. JOE GREENWAY was reported to the FTC today, as well as class action attorneys that said there are many. DONT even get close to this app. -- BradleyOgden, 2023-12-01 ### *---- "Poor customer support" I was charged for another year subscription through PayPal, ONE MONTH after canceling my subscription. No response from customer support. This app works, but puts the word Track in front of all your email contacts. Had no problem with customer support during free trial period. But after paying for premium app, I get no response when asking questions about problems. Don’t download this app! Apple should delete them from their App Store. -- Timp STG, 2023-11-28 ### *---- "To many glitches" Paid for yearly subscription worked good for a while but now does nothing it sends two emails to confirm sent tracking feed has completely left keeps disconnecting me from the feed and now I’ve paid for nothing . -- Kiltinjing42, 2023-08-25 ### *---- "THIS IS A SCAM" Joe Greenway is currently scamming 8 million people by charging their accounts unnoticed. It takes people years to notice the charges and he labels the charges something else so you don’t notice. You can cancel your account but he will still access your checking -- Melly$&$, 2023-07-21 ### *---- "No answer" This app works well but there is no customer service AT ALL. My issue is that I agreed and paid for a yearly subscription after I’ve been paying monthly but they never stopped charging the monthly fee so I blocked it from charging my card. I then got a message that my service has expired but it did not because I paid the yearly rate only 3 months ago. I have not received any responses for any of the issues I’ve had so if my service is not restored then the people running this APP are thieves and I would not recommend giving them any of your money. -- Archie the human, 2023-04-22 ### *---- "Beware" I wouldn’t even give a single star. I canceled this LAST YEAR! This year they charged my card AGAIN and won’t respond to cancel and return my annual fee. So they have wrongfully charged me. They are crooks!!! -- JMJONES1, 2023-04-10 ### *---- "Track" Do not download this app and let it access your contacts. I did and deleted the app. There is no support to help you remove TRACK from all of your contacts. When initially downloaded received emails about how supportive they would be. When I emailed them no REPLY. -- homan25, 2023-03-21 ### **--- "Delayed and customer service doesn’t respond" I’ve noticed that most time stamps as to when emails are read are incorrect. Especially emails read in the evening always show that they are read at 2-3 a.m. There is a glitch. I have emailed support many times and they never respond. And most times it doesn’t even work -- Grace Ruffo, 2023-01-15 ### *---- "Too many junk emails and security concern" They get access to sensitive information. DEVELOPER JOE GREENWAY
TRACK APP
Dear Joe Greenway, On November 29, 2022 I purchased the service of an email tracking App, named TRACK via the Apple App. Unfortunately, the service of your product performed, has not provided what I purchased it for because it does not send the emails, and it continues to send me to a window to purchase the subscription I already paid for. I have emailed you/TRACK TEAM November 29, 2022, November 30, 2022, December 01, 2022, and December 07, 2022 with one response on November 30, 2022 that read “I’m on it.” It is now December 7, With no results and because of this it delayed 6 of my invoices totaling $3,818.48. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service both in the product and customer service side, because I have paid $119.88 on November 29, 2022 via PAYPAL, I will be requesting my refund as directed on the receipt of sale. The service has not performed correctly, the issue was not fixed in a timely manner and I no longer trust that when I do have an issue with the app, it will be resolved. I no longer look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait until the refund is completed and if not, the Agencies that this email has been carbon copied to, will be further engaged. Sincerely Disappointed, Danyelle Buna -- MamaChango, 2023-01-08 ### *---- "Would not use again" The app it self barely works in the beginning. After that it never allows you to log in again. -- sjz84, 2022-12-21 ### *---- "STEALING" Reading these other reviews of money being taken and no feedback or access to the account… I am going through the same thing. I guess I’m inclined to believe these people are scamming us out of our money. -- Tri Angeles, 2022-10-03 [View all Track reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Track In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Track Premium Membership | $119.99 | | Track Premium Pro Membership | $178.99 | ## Track Discovered Keywords -
