Two weeks ago the reports stopped working, blank screen and app freezes. Support and bug report are „temporary offline“. I came here to rate in hope for a reply, and surprise! The app version I use isn’t listed anymore - but this one, obvs identical. So I installed and tried to log into my account but there isn’t even a function to do so. Logging in with google as in the other app doesn’t work. And I can’t even import my old logs. I’m gutted. Well, at first when I downloaded the CareClinic App I didn’t know what it is about until I had registered myself an account for this App. So I started using the CareClinic to deal with the chronic pain management of my headaches. Because I didn’t know where it was coming from I started monitoring the pain with this App by making sure that mental healthy was getting stable and healthy again as well. Through the pill tracking of this App, I stared realizing of actually how important it is to be monitoring taking in the pills and being able to understand when and how to take them in as well.
