Scams company and lots of hidden fees
Two weeks ago I had a policy with Aura car insurance and telematics for 6 days only, soon after I decided to cancel my policy and I was within the 14days cooling period. they charged cancellation fees and on top of that they introduced many hidden fees which where not part of the contract. I tried to contact the helpline but they said your money was used to lower down your insurance now you have to pay back an outstanding balance of about £138. This was for 6 days only and the car was never driven, since we we’re waiting for the tracking device. We received the telematic tracking device on the 7th days and returned it back by post. I asked for my refund of the telematics device money and they said we have have any refund. Beware of this company telematics and Aura car insurance Uk they are scams and very expensive.
