I have Tracker systems on 3 vehicles. This app just doesn’t work reliably. If I take a 200 mile trip from one side of the country to the other, the app will often show that the vehicle hasn’t moved at all and there was no trip on that day. 

Tracker are a terrible company to work with. They are arrogant and they don’t listen to their customers or take feedback onboard. They are very good at increasing the annual subscription costs for their tracking using however.

Tracker, if you’re listening by, sort your app out! The old web interface (which you’ve taken away from us) was far better than this rubbish app

BE CAREFUL, You might not get what you want. I purchased a tracker for my caravan. After I paid for it and got it installed, I am now told it can not track, it can only find it by VHF signal. The owner has to report the vehicle is missing to the police for it to be tracked. YOU DO NOT GET NOTIFIED WHEN THE VEHICLE IS TAKEN. So it could days or weeks if say it in storage, or you are on holiday. Absolutely useless product. I was misinformed when purchasing. Web site says there is an app to track but not for VHF products….. PLEASE CHECK IF THIS ANY USE FOR YOU BEFORE PURCHASING. As much use as a ashtray on a motorbike for me.

Had 3 trackers none of which track on the app.
Company blamed it on faulty batch of trackers.
Replacement tracker didn’t work either and then changed their story to a faulty app !
Do not recommend this company at all

Tracker App gives me some peace of mind when I have to lock and leave my motorcycle. The only downside is an email alert rather than a push notification.

Just had tracker installed in my car by the manufacturer. Got the serial number and security code but app keeps failing to register complaining that the details cannot be verified.

App is honestly garbage, 

1. Bike location isn’t accurate and the compass never points at it. You can be right in front of it and it will say it’s 15 metres away and still be pointing the wrong way. 

2. I don’t get the point of safe mode, it’s made no difference whether it’s on or off.. always get a text email.

3. Even after confirming my bike hasn’t been stolen which you have to wait 5-6 minutes for an automated text (imagine if it actually wasn’t stolen) and I confirm it’s not stolen, I can be going down the motorway for an hour or two without stopping and then get a call in the middle of the motorway, like what the heck ? 

4.Also the support team are useless, you get an automated email stating they can take up to
5 days to reply and after 3 weeks I don’t get a reply on two occasions until I re email again. 

5. The subscription cost after buying the tracked unit for over £200 is not worth it after having it for 11 months now. Seek a cheaper alternative.

Bought one for my motorbike, dealership installed for £300 and they never mentioned that it would then cost a further £130 per year to use otherwise it wouldn't work.
Absolute waste of money wish i got something better.

I paid a lot of money for this tracker and it’s not working at all… bike hasn’t stood still for days according to the app although being used daily.

Had the tracker fitted and app worked for 4 months,now the app seems to to locate my motorcycle and seems to ably give accurate information when connected to WiFi

The app simply doesn’t work. Wish I’d done my research before committing to having it installed on my bike because I don’t think it will be any use if it’s ever stolen….I don’t get any notifications when my bike is moved and the location doesn’t even show where my bike it, the trip feature also doesn’t work. 

The fact it’s a monthly subscription is criminal, the app wouldn’t be worth it if it was free.
