## Tracklet Description
When a key goes missing, it costs time, money, and trust. Sign-out books don't get filled in. Nobody remembers who had it last. Tracklet fixes that — automatically, without changing how your staff work.

Staff just carry their phones. When a key leaves the building, it's logged. When it comes back, it's logged. No scanning, no tapping, no manual entries. Every check-in and check-out is attributed to a verified account, timestamped, and mapped.

ALWAYS KNOW WHERE YOUR KEYS ARE
Open the app and see every key's current status — In or Out — with the last known location and who has it. If a key hasn't come back, you'll know within minutes, not hours. Contact the key holder directly from the app.

NOTHING FOR STAFF TO DO
The app works quietly in the background. Staff don't scan, sign in, or remember anything. Custody is captured automatically the moment a key moves — so your records are always accurate, not just when people remember to fill them in.

FIND A KEY IN THE ROOM
Use the built-in proximity view to track down a specific key. Follow the signal to find it fast.

A FULL AUDIT TRAIL, AUTOMATICALLY
Every custody event is logged with a confirmed identity, timestamp, and location. Search by key, person, or date to answer any custody question in seconds — whether for compliance, an incident report, or just finding out who forgot to return something.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
Location is only captured when a registered key tag is physically nearby. Nothing is sent unless a key custody event occurs. There is no background location monitoring and no movement tracking.

NO SUBSCRIPTION FEES
Pay once for your tags. The app and cloud platform are included. No monthly billing, no per-user charges, no lock-in.

WORKS WITH WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE
Use Tracklet standalone, alongside a manual key board, or alongside an existing electronic key cabinet — adding visibility and accountability without changing your current setup.

WHO USES TRACKLET?
Property managers, schools, local government, fleet operators, hospitality venues, facilities managers, and any organisation that needs to know where their keys are.

Made in Australia.
