There is no end to what you can use this app for. I love the newly designed interface. A must-have app for everyone - it should come pre-installed!

Five Stars: Fantastic..so flexible
This is the best app I have found to track things... I have chronic migraines & this app has been the most useful to track migraine related things as well as much more!
Five Stars: Incredibly Powerful App
Every once in a while you find an app that changes your life. Sounds extreme but it's true ... This program is simple but its configurability makes it powerful. The power comes from configurable items, groups, screens, combined with powerful reporting, graphing, and exporting tools - with everything simple and intuitive. I have selected 12 things across the following areas to track: eating habits, weight, sleeping, exercise, vitamins, etc. Then I set up a screen of the 3-4 things things to remember first thing in the morning, during the day, in the evening, and then a wrap up screen to review before I go to sleep.Even when I get tied up and don't make entries for a day or two, that's ok - I see the overall trend and just start back up again
Five Stars: One of the most useful apps in the entire iTunes catalog!
Track and Share is brilliant! I love it! I have a knowledge of stats so understand the concepts they've used; the implementation is clean, straightforward, and effective and simplifies the process of collecting and analyzing data so anybody can do it, easily, AND use the results for positive change. Congratulations to Track and Share for creating one of the most useful apps in the entire iTunes catalog!

fix this please

Foo Nugget1 on

this app is great but for the love of god fix the sync to pro feature for newer phones, I lost 11 days of data, I mean I have the file but it won’t do anything, I “tapped on the attachment” and it just showed me places I could share it, no mention of the pro app at all. thanks.

This app is a life saver

For someone who is at the doctor regularly, this app is so helpful. I am able to keep track of how I’m feeling each day and keep notes as needed. I was a little worried when I first got the app thinking that if I wrote a new note it would delete my previous note since it would come up a new blank sheet when you click on ‘Notes.’ However, I realize that it doesn’t and it keeps a timestamp which is also very helpful to see how things might fluctuate in a days time. All you do is up in the top right corner there is a toggle for ‘Track’ and ‘View.’ Just simply click on ‘View!’ You can customize it too which is also a plus! The only reason for me giving it for starts is it took me a while to figure that little detail out about the notes. Other than that, I use this app the most out of all my apps!

Best one I’ve found yet

Currently have the free version. This app is exactly what I’ve been searching for. It lets me customize entries quite easily to whatever I choose and whatever format I choose. I love the counter feature especially. I’ve been looking for a way to track my laundry list of physical and mental symptoms. I’ve only used it for a day but I think this may be life changing. I’m concerned for graph viewing and sharing data as there aren’t many color options but I’ll have to use it for awhile to really tell. Awesome awesome app. If you have a chronic illness or are just trying to track trends this is the app for you.

Great but

Great App, wish the tracking graph looked different like a line graph to show progress though

Only let’s you track for one week the you gotta pay

Great app with multiple options but basically it’s just a free trial. After a week it says you’ve reached your tracking limit and must upgrade to the pro version (currently $4.99).

Love this app

I love this app! It's got exactly what I need to track my daughter's symptoms. Her illness is so complex that I wasn't sure if I could find something that tracks everything we need. I love the add feature so it can be customized. The only thing I would change is that there should be snow on the weather portion. I write it in but it would definitely save time of I could just choose it.

Best app of its kind I’ve tried so far

This is an easy to use customizable app. The drawbacks are that it doesn’t automatically sync between devices and the decimal point on the number pad doesn’t work. I am tracking my temperature, so I have to input 986 rather than 98.6. Otherwise, it’s working well for me. I’m not sure what features the upgrade offers that would make me buy it.

Great App

A disabled veteran and father of three, school full time, work part time on 3rd shift, and also take/pickup my son at school. This app has help me maintain my information on my health problems and also nice and easy for my doctor to read when I have appointments. Thanks.

Right off the bat...

I can see this app is going to be a problem. I've been tinkering with it for about 5 minutes and it can't track date/time correctly. When I put an entry in by clicking on the "26" in the March calendar, the app records the data for the 27th. It's really stupid. That alone makes it mostly useless.

Hate new update

Janeinpa on

United States

I loved this app, but this update is terrible. Why would you change all the icons? You could have added new ones, but kept people's icons as they were when they have been using the program. The colors of them are terrible, too light to even see the little stars on them. Really disappointed, also, now when I am writing a note, the screen does not scroll up, so my keyboard covers the bottom of what I'm typing. I can't do anything about it. I am very sad about this. I may switch to another program.
