## TrackSEL Pro Description
TrackSEL Pro is the fastest way for SEL and PBIS teams to track student behavior throughout the school day.

Built by an educator who runs a SOAR team, this app replaces clipboards, spreadsheets, and guesswork with a simple system your whole team can use in seconds — even during passing periods.

HOW IT WORKS

Teachers open their class and see every student on one screen. Score each student for the period, tap behavior tallies (like "On Task" or "Phone Out"), and everything is logged instantly. No typing. No searching. Just tap and go.

NEW IN VERSION 2.0

Per-Period Scoring — Assign points per class period. See daily totals and percentages at a glance.

Behavior Tallies — Quick positive and negative observations with emoji-coded categories you customize.

Student Goals — Set weekly, biweekly, or monthly behavior targets. Track progress with visual progress bars.

Behavior Notices — Flag students who need attention. All teachers see the notice badge across classes.

Hallway Monitor — Track behavior during passing periods, lunch, assemblies, and free time. Sort by points to spot students who need support.

Color-Coded Cards — Assign custom colors to student cards for quick visual identification.

ADMIN BACKEND

Admins manage everything: student rosters, class schedules, staff assignments, and behavior categories. Add your own custom behaviors with emoji, point values, and descriptions. Control which behaviors appear in which classes. Set staff permissions so aides see only their assigned classes while lead teachers get the full picture.

SMART NOTIFICATIONS

Configure alerts per staff member: get notified when a student drops below a point threshold, hits critical levels, or earns star student status. Set point-entry reminders at the frequency that works for you.

ANALYTICS & TRENDS

Track behavior trends with daily charts, category breakdowns, and student rankings. Filter by timeframe, student, or class. Export everything as CSV for IEP documentation, team meetings, or district reporting.

DESIGNED FOR REAL CLASSROOMS

Period-based navigation matches your actual schedule. Expandable student cards for quick or detailed entry. Behavior chips you customize to match your program. Cross-class visibility so every teacher sees the full picture. Supports admin, teacher, and aide roles with different permissions.

Whether you run a SOAR team, PBIS program, or any SEL behavior tracking system, TrackSEL Pro was built to match how your team actually works.
