Last 4 times tried to use the app in store it does not work, I do not like to tell my telephone number to everyone in the store when I go there. Maybe you should just get a new company that make you an app that really work all the time or at least 80% not 0% like this one. Add a rating of less that one star like negative stars.
Not dependable
This is a great app layout, once you learn it, but many of the imbedded links do not work making the app useless in many cases. As a Preferred Neighbor Club member, I’m ready to give up on it
Severely Broken
Sign in with Apple no longer works anywhere in the app, which means I’m locked out of my account. The “My Account” section on the Profile tab is completely nonfunctional, including what should be a link to Help Center. (I can’t even go to the website in a browser to sign in and make a username or password because the website does not have Sign in with Apple at all.) A store couldn’t help and gave me a customer solutions phone number to call. I’m not confident they can help with this problem. Trying to get “In-Store Mode” to work is a pain as it usually takes multiple tries and several minutes now. I’m sure there are other problems that I haven’t discovered simply because if they can’t get sign-in, in-store mode, and the link to help center to function correctly, then they have to be severely lacking quality control in the app development process.
The worst
The worst app ever I’ve sat for 30 minutes cresting an order for free delivery and I have to change my zip code EVERY time . As I finally got to check out the whole app glitched and wiped out my order abs now I can’t even log back in . This happens EVERY TIME I try to place an online order in the tractor supply app

App barely functions,wouldn’t complete any orders.
Lost my account/points and cannot recover!
The app has lost all my data and points/rewards. Despite two hour long calls to customer service, no one can help.

Everyone at the Forsyth Tractor Supply is very nice and it’s a great store to shop in and Eric the manager keep the store looking nice and everybody again is super friendly and I will always continue to shop here

Georgetown Kentucky has the best staffed TSC store I’ve ever visited. They are helpful and go out of their way to accommodate. 5 star every visit guaranteed 👍
