A quand la prise en charge à la source de la TOB pour la Belgique pourtant promise pour debut 2024 ?! Merci de prendre en charge à la source la TOB pour la Belgique et de nous donner un iban belge et de supprimer la limite des rémunérations des espèces comme vous le faites en France et en Italie ! Merci pour vos améliorations
Service client déplorable
Le service client est NUL. Je tourne en rond sans arrêt dans les chats, mentionnant des informations qu’ils ne lisent même pas. Il n’y a pas moyen d’avoir quelqu’un qui écoute ni même d’appeler le service. Le seul support est par chat et manque franchement de compétences et de réactivité.
Offre de bienvenue
Offre de bienvenue allant jusqu’à 200€. Je l’attends toujours. Impossible d’avoir une discussion avec quelqu’un que ce soit par un chat ou autre pour expliquer mon problème. Ça commence mal.
Communication totalement inexistante
Communication Totalement NUL. Voilà plus d’une semaine que j’ai fait un transfert de mon compte REVOLUT vers mon compte TR. Toujours rien, après leur avoir envoyé toutes les preuves du bon déroulement du transfert. Ils me disent n’avoir AUCUNE trace. Il s’agit d’un transfert de plusieurs milliers d’€, et le prennent VRAIMENT à as au sérieux. Banque à éviter s’ils ne veulent pas évoluer au niveau communication…
