Everything about this app is trash. Always a delay

I have to say that Trade Block was very kind to reinstate my account after authenticating a pair of sneakers and hearing my side of the story. I felt valued and listened to, just when you thought they were all about there business they are just in listening before determining a rash decision. Thank you Trade Block!

The fees make the app hard to trade anything. Every user wants to benefit from the trade offered and does not care that the you are losing on the trade on your end and also paying the same fees they are. Its a cool idea, but executed completely wrong. This app will end soon I’m sure.

***BETTER OFF GOING TO EBAY, GOAT, and selling your shoes and then just buying what you need/want with your funds in good value.*** The folks who made this app did a decent job.. first of its kind. Even used it to do 1-2 size swaps but the FEES are so high it starts to become pointless to do simple size swaps. Now the REAL reason this app is useless is because it’s FILLED with scummy users looking to get EVERYTHING for NOTHING .. folks that want you to trade 600+ worth of shoes in value only to offer up 400 or less worth in value. If it’s not that, it’s tons and tons of folks with a bunch of USED trash nobody wants to trade for. And when you actually trade .. expect that you will trade your well curated and cared for shoes only to get a shoe with defects, a BEAT up box, used shoes that don’t have clear images.. this is a scummy/reseller/hustlers app.. I’ve been well into sneakers since 2002 all over ebay, goat, stockx .. and this is the most useless app I’ve experienced outside of the 2 transactions I made with hefty fees. BETTER OFF GOING TO EBAY, GOAT, and selling your shoes and then just buying what you need/want with your funds in good value.

the new operating system is absolute trash. a complete step back from the OG launch somehow. you cant even click on a couple of things and then move BACK. nope. doesnt exist. literally no back button. you will have to redo ur shoe search/info/pictures/profile search from the beginning. makes you give up on the app completely and go do something else. and if you do stick it out and stay in the app, dont worry it will kick you out on its own every five minutes. the idea of this app is amazing and super useful but the actual app is COMPLETE TRASH...

Never had problems with the app, had a few minor issues which were solved by their Member Experience Team within an hour. Great experience, Please join and will not regret it!

It’s very glitchy and freezes a lot after the update, also very slow now after the update , please fix

My shoes were “lost” through UPS, they were marked as delivered when they were really not. Athena in customer service worked with me to recover them. Well she did everything from filling a claim until the end when UPS found “lost” my package. Every step of they she kept contact with me until they found my shoes and authenticate them to reassure me they were the shoes I sent in . Awesome customer service.

Has it in special conditions is a welcome filter but is buggy. When you go in then both the Has it and Want it now show only 0s. Also missing the last active time now on that screen.
