The customer service has been unbelievable from day one — any time we’ve had an idea or wanted something added to the app, they’ve been more than happy to help and actually listen to what we need as a business. The certificates themselves are so easy to create and have saved us a ridiculous amount of time compared to how we used to do things. Everything looks professional, our customers are really impressed with the certificates, and it makes the whole process so much smoother for us. One of the biggest positives for us is the peace of mind. We’ve never had any issues or pushback from councils, HMO licensing or the fire service regarding the certificates we’ve produced through Tradecert. It’s one of those apps that genuinely makes your job easier rather than giving you another thing to worry about. Great product, even better customer service, and you can tell they actually care about improving it. Would 100% recommend it to any business doing certificates and compliance paperwork. -- Reecebrown02, 2026-10-07 ### ***** "As easy as it gets!" Recently subscribed to Tradecert from a previous software (procerts) and cannot recommend Tradecert enough. Just completed a commercial EICR and it was effortless due to the AI. My first thought was is it more catered to the domestic crowd, but far from it. The more distribution boards the better, as they seamlessly all link together on the software, giving you access to all boards if needed. Of course you do still need to check the AI info when it’s inputted, but it’s still faster than inputting on your own! The good thing about AI is that it will just keep getting better as more users keep adding info. Support from the team is fantastic, always on hand if you have any questions. -- Charlie GA M&E, 2026-09-21 ### ***** "Best software for electricians ever!!" Where have you been all my life 😂❤️ Amazing software, very well thought out and designed, the support staff are amazing - they actually take on board any feed back and make improvements making this an even greater software app for electricians! Take the leap and sign up, you’ll never regret it. The ease of doing a simple domestic EICR or a 1000 circuit industrial EICR has been an absolute game changer! This software has given me back the most valuable commodity ever - TIME. Time to spend with my family, loved ones, friends or just for myself. 10/10 - Can’t recommend it highly enough. Make the change today - get the software and see for yourselves! 🤩 -- A|S Group LTD, 2026-09-17 ### ***** "Huge EICR" After years of dipping in and out of various well known Electrical Software I came across Tradecert, believe the hype the is seriously so much better than anything else on the market. I’ve just completed an EICR of a school, hundreds of circuits across 112 distribution boards and it went like a dream, honestly we smashed it and that was only due to tracecert. If you’re a sparks of any variety that carries out certification you need to get in this.. best in the industry. -- Jalong2006, 2026-09-14 ### ***** "Game changer" Great app, works and syncs well between MacBook, Ipad & iPhone. Quick and easy to fill out certificates. EICR - AI option for coding but also codebreakers style section of various coding examples. -- The_Sparky, 2026-09-13 ### ***** "Best certificate app out there" Have come from the NIC certification system since they updated it and made it worse. This is next level. The AI helps massively with observations linking them to the correct code and making the wording seem more professional when carrying out testing and the amount of time saved when testing is a godsend would highly recommend anyone who is an electrician -- Cornishspark94, 2026-09-10 ### ***** "Amazing" Great product, some great features that make life so much easier . Great after sales service -- Ry@n:K, 2026-08-30 ### ***** "Superb - unbelievably good software" Have been using this software for circa 6 months and has revolutionised the buisness from a certification standpoint point. I’d estimate it saves 5 - 10 hours per week on certification admin not to mention time on site. Highly recommend -- Skins1986, 2026-08-28 ### ***** "Haddows George Mayne" Brilliant software for all electrical certification needs, especially love the AI suggest in observations of an EICR and the mapping of those to regs from bs7671. A huge time saver makes electrical certification more user freindly and time saving LOVE IT -- George mayne haddows, 2026-08-25 ### ***** "Great software!" Really good software best I’ve used and the customer service is brilliant. They are always finding solutions to make the experience better. -- Guv14, 2026-08-20 ### ***** "New Customer" As a company we’ve just started using trade cert and it is so useful, the AI technology is spot on, the software is very user friendly. And the customer support are very open to new ideas. -- angustucker, 2026-08-20 ### ***** "Wilcox Electrical" Can not fault the app best they is !!!!! -- Wilcox electrical, 2026-08-19 ### ****- "Great Software" We went to TradeCert following a disappointing experience with a competing company who alleged to offer the same services (wasn’t entirely true). Firstly, the app isn’t perfect (minor imperfections) but the customer service in dealing with anything is next to none. Charles is always very fast to respond to any enquiry. The ai features of this app truly save me time, particularly the ai check when writing an observation. I like that it will write a professional summary with referenced BS7671 numbers and recommended code. TradeCert has certainly saved me time and therefore money when carrying out testing. -- shaunb93, 2026-08-18 ### ***** "Great Time Saver" This is excellent software for the electrician as it reduces the time it takes to do EICR paperwork. It is useful to anyone even a big electrical contractor or a small self employed electrician. It is easy to use and clear what needs to be added to a certificate to complete it. This will be the only software I use from now. -- DanTSmith99, 2026-08-18 ### ***** "Tradecert has been a revelation for our company." For years our company and personnel have fell victim to sub standard, complicated and ‘clunky’ test certificate softwares. Tradecert is the best thing to happen in our company in years. It has drastically reduced the time and stress of filling out testing reports and we couldnt be more grateful of this service. A huge issue which had held us back is the perceived fear of moving 100’s of distribution board information over to a new platform, with the Ai ability you can do it in minutes and it’s took a couple of days to move everything over. The customer service team are top class and you can get into touch with a member of the team over WhatsApp or the phone immediately if you have questions or require technical support. You need AI tokens to use the AI functions but they are very liberal with distributing them out of you need them, I expected this to be another form of getting money out of you but this just hasn’t been the case. Overall, I couldn’t rate this service higher and I recommend it to any electrician, whether you work in domestic or industrial. -- Lionheart952, 2026-08-14 ### ***** "Fantastic Software" I used to use NAPIT Fast test (which was far from fast, especially on an IPad which I use as my main laptop). The Software is super easy to navigate which is the first time saver! The AI functions are outstanding and have saved me hours already on the 10 or so certs I have done on the software. The developers are constantly carrying out updates to improve the software (which is almost perfect already). They also respond quick if you have any questions or queries ready the software. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking to save time and improve the look of their electrical certificates. -- elliotk182, 2026-08-13 ### ***** "Amazing" Absolutely amazing, far superior than other software I have used. Just need to add pat testing certificates now… -- M4rcx5861, 2026-07-09 ### ***-- "Software is ok - not great but has potential" Software is good in principle but in practice it is not quite there yet. Decent on commercial Propertys but not as reliable as other softwares out there! Some features are great if you have good signal or WiFi but when using in a remote area offline no photos can be added and other little niggles. Works out a lot more expensive than easy cert by double plus tokens if you want the ai features. Let’s face it you want the ai features otherwise the software is pointless 😂 -- Jack-1992/, 2026-06-20 ### ***** "Amazing app" Use to use napit fast test. The updates they were bring in were terrible to us. Thought id give trade cert a go. The guys are really helpful. The app’s fantastic. So much quicker, easier, more intuitive to use. And the updates theyve done so far are improving use ability even more. Great work guys. -- no reply from tech support, 2026-05-13 ### ***** "Excellent Software" We switched to this from EasyCert and find this to be much easier and quicker to use. It’s well supported from the team if there’s any questions. All the guys working for us say it’s a game changer. I’d recommend it to any electrical company using software for their certification. Makes a modern professional job of it. -- gomersoul, 2026-05-12 [View all Tradecert reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Tradecert Discovered Keywords -
