They attracting users to invest money by showing deals and immediately removing them and started showing long terms high value deals once amount got credited in tradecred account. I reported issue plenty of times to the customer support but no one has the proper answer for the same. They simply say we don’t have any control over the deals when to show and not show. I don’t understand the what is the use of customer support if they don’t have the solution of my simple query. 
I was using it since 2 year but now I am fed up closing all my family accounts from tradecred and searching another platform with better services.

I have invested in few of liqudable deals, Im putting deal for liquidation & its getting canceled again again since last 03 months, there is no support or issue reporting & addressing provisions. They change rules & regulations by them self anytime.

The App was a bit technical for me as I am not a commerce person but then the UI is made in such a way to make it easier for any user. For any other queries there is a quick responding & polite customer support available. Deals are usually random & unorganised, could work on them & make it better.

I have invested in some deals and got emergency deal was liquidated and requested withdrawal and not got money even after 2 days. I have raised complaint via email and phone both people are useless not giving response… so raising complaint with RBI and police. Based on my experience please don’t put your well earned money on this platform… These people are make attractive claim during on board but while withdrawal these people are worst and not handle any issue… be careful with this platform.
