This is the worst brokerage app out there  . Repeat Login failure , disconnects as soon as you get out of app , orders don’t display , freezes .

Latest update has many issues with nearly always not able to log in, no portfolio display, no order display, old or missing price data. They will do better as this was one of the best and look at all the new trailing and options features they are adding!  Fix it guys!

TradeZero is good but their app could use improvements. It’s not easy to navigate, many times it freezes. 

Also, I wish it would default open to my portfolio instead of my watchlist. I even deleted the watchlist tab but it still default opens to it.

I also wish we could see stuff like our available day trades and YTD gains/losses on the app without having to pop open the browser version.

As mentioned it does its job and TradeZero is the best platform for shorting stocks, but you have to put up with their app. If their app was more user-friendly it would get a higher rating.

It freezes, disconnects, crashes, etc….just doesn’t function efficiently & effectively. This has all sorts of problem. Definitely the worse app for day trading.

The App freezes when I change tabs.
E.g. I have TZ app open, then I go and look at a chart at another app (in the same Iphone), after a few seconds, I go back to TZ app and it freezes. So I need to close the app and log in again. Pretty annoying, specially when I ant to execute quick orders

this app has turned into a massive disappointment lately. the amount of times it crashes and glitches every day is crazy. it really has turned into a nightmare for any kind of trading on this app. i sent them a email and they said a new app is on the day withing days and its been weeks since then. im gone from TZ starting January. makes no sence to pay for broker expences when it doesnt work.
