Is totally useless

Pretty good but accountability poor

Overall a pretty good app and most of it works, most of the time. Customer service has been pretty poor when problems arise and ask you to send them information then they just avoid you like the plague.. Happened 3 times and on the 4th, I just gave up trying to get things fixed and just deal with the issues. Will move across to try another app at financial year.

Service business tool

Tradify is a fantastic tool for running a service based business. The schedule helps manage multiple jobs and techs at the same time. Also, the linking in with Xero is effortless. Only negative, considering it’s aimed at a trade environment, there’s no health and safety add ons or ins, which is paramount for a trade business. I hope they get this sorted quickly.

I downloaded the app, try to sign up and 5 times the app crashed, impossible to sign up as a new user, my colleague had a same experience.

Tradify makes running my business so much easier. Every job is in the system and can be invoiced as soon as the job is complete. It helps me keep track of ongoing jobs also which is a huge help.

It’s a lovely application

We use Tradify to schedule our sparkles and it doesn’t bug out and is easy for everyone to use. No training required for field staff, just show them once what they need to look at. Actually same for office it’s just too easy.

Amazing

If your a sole trader or have a few staff for a small business this app is amazing! I can stay on top of organising all my jobs and it makes quoting and invoicing so easy! 100% recommend

Get stuffed Tradify

I downloaded the app and created an account. I created an invoice to send to a client, and the invoice sent to the client was marked as paid. With no warning! I did not mark it as paid. Thank you so much for making me look like an absolute idiot. You’ve lost me.
