First my passport was accepted, and other documents was rejected, then other documents was accepted but passport suddenly rejected. Till the time I asked direct question if the problem with my nationality, I didn’t found any mentions about this on website or app.

I actually love how this app is designed and how flexible I can trade an overview my investment. But to do my own taxes for foreign dividends is a real pain. If you could do the taxes for the user, maybe I would be even willing to pay something for that, that would be a huge pain relieve.

They told me that my profits are unlawful? I just traded with the app as it’s supposed to. They don’t want to give me my money back?!?! I invested more than 70k € I already contacted my lawyer. Will update this comment as I will get new infos. Not much to do. 
The company is in a country where u can’t really go to court.

I really wanted to use this app, it has a nice interface and useful information in social. But three times my ID card was rejected. I got verified in another app with the exact same picture of card the first time! Disappointing.

die App hört sich sehr gut an, doch es ist ziemlich nervig, wenn man sich tagelang nicht registrieren kann und auch keine Rückmeldung bekommt. Ich hoffe, dass sich das in Kürze ändern wird. Wenn ich mich nichtmal registrieren kann wie soll ich denn überhaupt mit dieser App investieren? Freue mich auf eine rasche Rückmeldung und eine Lösung zu meinem Problem

Hallo,
Hab Trading 212 seit Dezember in Betrieb und muss sagen diese App kann ausser schön aussehen rein gar nichts! Hatte bis jetzt immer in entscheidenden Momenten Probleme zu kaufen oder zu verkaufen. 
Der Mensch der diese App programmiert hat sollte sich überlegen ob er nicht wieder irgendwelche billigen Spiele programmieren soll. Wechsle als bald auf De Giro, kostet zwar was dafür bringt einen die App nicht wegen Bugs ums Geld!! Eigentlich hättet ihr gar keinen Stern verdient.
