Limited my account to only closing positions without any explanation why or how to resolve it. No info in the account section, email or anything.

For customer support you have to chat to an AI bot which is absolutely broken and does nothing. When finally directs you to a human, nobody answers - bot continues talking to itself and then closes the chat without a human ever showing up. Happened on all instances when I tried to get help

I have several (IOS) broker apps such as Interactive Brokers, Coinbase and FXCM, and all of them feel like a high school student built them.
