Critics: when you cancel a stop or limit order it will load for a very long time and show you pending. If you leave the instrument and go back in it disappeared immediately

I closed my position and have not get any money to my balance so I contacted Customer support and got answer that doesn’t relate even to my question. So, I wrote them again about my money and again haven’t get an answer which would explain something. First time have such a horrible customer service on trading platform. I’m thankful that it was only 50€ which was for testing platform, but at least it’s money😃 Will never put any penny here and would recommend do the same to all of the friends!
