I am traveling in Egypt (residence in Finland), not sure why it says following error when I try to login with my iphone (as session was expired: Trading 212 is currently not available in your country.
Luckily I had my iPad with me which was still login, so I was able to use the app.
Please fix the issue.

You cannot modify pending orders - you must cancel them first and then make a new order and here lies the trap - sometimes technical problems occur when canceling pending orders that cause the application to take your money until the problem is solved.

My money was taken several weeks ago because of these technical problems, and I tried to contact the Help Center, but I didn't get any meaningful help, and there is no prospect of a solution in the near future.

If you intend to invest 50k or more, be careful. 

Read the Help Center response below and feast your eyes on it from now on because this is the response you may get if you encounter a technical problem.

This is the response I keep getting when I try to inquire about the problem:

“We appreciate your patience and understanding. Our team is working on this, and once there is an update, we will inform you immediately.”

You may be asking yourself for how long? The answer is forever.

I was not provided with any ticket ID despite my request. In fact, I was not provided with any useful information for weeks.
