couldn't withdraw from this platform, over €60000

I would like to talk about my experience with Trading212. I would not recommend it to anyone. Currently, I have over €60,000 on the platform, and I am facing the risk of being unable to withdraw it. I initiated a withdrawal request on July 16th, but it was denied. Afterward, I received an email from them requesting a series of additional documents. Over the past ten days, I have been cooperating with them, sending proof such as identification documents, bank statements (including statements from more than three banks), residence card information, tax information, income proof, property sale contracts, and more. However, I found that this process seems endless, continuously infringing on investors’ boundaries by asking for more and more documents. I cannot understand why the money I transferred from my bank card had no issues going in, without any verification, but is facing so many obstacles when I try to withdraw it. This situation has severely impacted my life. They keep raising different issues to make things difficult for me, adding more hurdles to the withdrawal process. It seems like a tactic to withhold investors’ funds. €60,000 is not a small amount, and I urgently need this money for surgery, so I requested them to process it as soon as possible. However, they have ignored my requests. The platform claims to offer 24/7 service, but in reality, you can only contact them via email and the platform’s chatbot. I am unsure how long they intend to withhold my money, as they can find countless ways to delay the process, making it impossible to reach them. Such a platform is not trustworthy. I will take all legal measures to file complaints and reports and will spare no effort in informing everyone about the wrongdoings of Trading212 towards me.

Enjoyable experience

Never use this app

I barely write a review but I have to. Extremely hard to withdrawal. Ask me to verify my all the details again and again, reject the withdrawal requests couple of times. I am using same account that I deposit but what's the problem?? It'll get quite long to communicate with the customer service with email only. As soon as my requests set, I will never come back to this app.

Extremely reliable. Slick.
