I have been emailing them but I have not received a reply to resolve the issues.

I have been trying to update the bank details for withrawal purposes as the withdrawals keep getting transferred to a credit card account Inused before to the extent where I now have excess credit card balance.

I clearly chose a debit account already registered in the system during the withdrawal but the transfer was made to my credit card account which I did not choose. 

Because of this I have incurred foreign exchange costs, transaction and other fees, this is just so inconvenient.

Planning to close my account soon to transfer to another broker, tradezero is a better broker so far.

On a regular basis come US market open time the whole thing goes down leaving you unable to settle positions.

Moreover, trading 212 engaged in blatant market manipulation by restricting trading to one side of the market leading to a number of stocks to tank and customers to deal with the fallout of this decision.

### **--- "Good app, poor customer support"
The app has a good and clean design however customer support follow up is very poor even after repeated emails or through the app, leaving user trying to resolve issues. In addition there are issues with residence verification. It seems that by default customer support erroneously (in some cases at least) assert that genuine documents submitted are “printed off the internet” and thus not suitable. This shows lack of expertise in identifying genuine documents which in turn casts doubt on how the process is tackled internally. In addition for some reason the verification process also resets seemingly for no reason even after successful verification.
