Voor indexen en Grondstoffen is het een goeie app. Voor aandelen kun je beter een andere trader zoeken, want de provisies zijn te hoog. Wanneer je van sommige aandelen 100 stuks koopt, dan sta je al gelijk -80 euro. Verschil met de werkelijke waarde van de aandeel is ook anders. Lijkt wel alsof Trading 212 voornamelijk zelf geld wilt verdienen.

Ze lokken je met de 1,5% cashback creditcard. Die 1,5% wordt 0,5 vanaf 1 November. Alleen sta ik nu al onwijs lang in de wachtrij. Zo kan ik ook een 999% cashback kaart aanbieden, ik geef hem gewoon nooit uit.

Waarom zou je aan mij in de app laten zien dat ik dat kan krijgen, als ik het niet kan krijgen?

My two little issues are that it’s a bit difficult to do the tax stuff in my country as they don’t deliver the info the correct way, they deliver it how it works in the UK, it’s not compatible with mine so I have to improvise allot for dividends and so fort

I love trading 212, think it provides a very smooth and flexibel trading experience. However, it is a real pain to withdraw your money. Some of my verified methods have suddently turned unverified, and there is no way to provide a document that includes all information that they require (verifying Paypal account). Paypal also told me there is no way to provide a document that includes all required information. When contacting customer support, they simply do not reply. Have been waiting for a reply for almost a week. A company of this level should have a more active customer support. Disappointed.

I wouldn’t suggest to put a lot of money here because something here is definitely wrong. While you can easily deposit money and possibly withdraw it(I did manage to withdraw 100£ though it was mostly my money and not a profit) but nonetheless they do not give you what they promise. They say you can invite a friend and get a free share worth anything from 1 to 100£ and indeed I invited and got the reward. and got a Coca Cola shares worth 12.34 dollars.However I then wanted to sell it and invest that money in other stock. It wasn’t a problem when I sold it(I “got” the money) but when I tried to invest it in the pie, it disappeared. Not only was it not invested in the pie but I also can’t see it in my balance account or even in the history. It could have been fine if they were responsive but I have sent over 4 mail/messages and they completely silent. I would suggest that you do not trust a company that do not answer its customers because they can one day just close your account and steal all your money and you will have no one to talk about. Edit: They helped me and everything was solved, but it is worth noting that they didn’t write me back until I wrote the bad review(though maybe it was just a delay. Of a month) also every time you talk in customer service it take a day or more to answer and another person talk with you so it feel it’s harder to communicate though they have everything written so they do know your problem. All in all it’s not a bad app but if you have problems expect some waiting before it is solved.
