Sharpen your pencil guys and make the platform more intuitive. 
I’m a daily user and it still bugs me how a modern day platform can have such poor build up. 
As an example - Scrolling functions are poor/none intuitive as you have to hit the area perfectly to be able to scroll. Adding/removing companies in and out of pies is also a cumbersome process.

Turkish and Norwegian language support should be provided urgently. There are millions of Turks trading FX, INDEX and CRYPTO. They prefer to use this platform instead of MetaTrader4. That's why Turkish language support should be provided urgently. I'm waiting for the update.

Please read the guidlines well if you use leveraged trading with them. 

1. The plattform can set its own prices that is not attached to the market.

2. They will at opening move spreads to try to liquidate positions.

3. Helpdesk is polite, but never will admitt to any errors on plattform or refund you money. 

4. They charge fees when you send money to and from the plattform.

5. Money is quick in, but slow out.
