I transferred £10,000 on the 27 Dec to my Trading 212 account. I expected the funds to be credited instantly. However, on speaking to the customer support team, I was asked to wait 3 days. That then changed to 3 working days, and then end of the day. It is now more than 6 days and the money has still not been credited! Customer support don’t have a clue of when the money will show up in my account if at all! They can’t even help validate the account details of where the money has been sent! 

There’s no phone line support nor anyone in customer support who can help! Appalling level of service for a financial services company!

December 2024 I used the Virtual account to start with because I wanted to learn more about trading practices, I read all the reviews here and all or most of these reviews say they have received poor customer service, this is not a great app based on the majority of these user customers complaints, from their real experiences of using this service, so based on that alone, it’s enough to affect my decision not to do real trades with this app or this service, as these are Honest reviews from real people. I’ve decided to uninstall this app, because there are better ones out there, this is not the only one, I’ve tried the forex stock trading training app, and so far it seems good 👍 Laura in England 🇬🇧

Customer service said I couldn’t use a promo code unless I used it when setting up my account (I never saw a chance to use the code) so I said ok I will close my account. And then they told me ok. Later I spotted an article on there site saying you have 10 days to enter a promo code after setting up an account! I couldn’t believe it. Awful customer service, the person just didn’t care.
