Very disappointing experience with Trading 212. While I was trading, I had a stop-loss in place, yet portions of the capital I was trading with were repeatedly deducted/closed out. This happened around five times, which eventually forced me to close my entire trade.

I tried contacting customer service through the in-app chat to understand what was happening, but unfortunately, they did not provide a helpful explanation or resolve my concern.

I don’t feel this was fair or transparent, especially when I had a stop-loss set. After this experience, I no longer feel comfortable using the platform and have decided to delete the app.

Very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend understanding exactly how the platform handles stop-losses, spreads, and position adjustments before trading.

Whenever you buy it 80-90% completes the purchase at more than market value putting you immediately in negative equity then when you sell does the opposite and sells lower than current market value. Utter scam.

UI needs tidying up. Examples - ability to hide ‘card’ from navigation at bottom of UI. More simple menu system.

The card cashback amount is a bit low at 1.5%.

A laser sharp focus on what a user actually wants will result in an app that is a joy and a pleasure to use and that meets the needs of the user. If you start with markets or profit or code, guess what?  Something as simple as wanting to change your primary currency or display numbers for an ETF in another currency let’s say is totally impossible. This result numbers are displayed in a different currency using an exchange rate which varies and what you see is misleading.  Honestly, I’m not asking for the app to be redesigned from the bottom up.  Just stop, watch me use the app, and then have a think about how well it is designed to meet my needs.

Excellent app, used for years. Much more user friendly than IBKR, however it’s just missing options trading, which I keep hoping T212 will integrate? I set up auto deposits from my bank on Thursdays and set auto investments in to my ISA Pies with the cash Ive added to the account on Mondays, so fully automated, it’s great and I love the cheap fees also. Got my friends using the same setup! Best I’ve tired. Others brokers charge you a 5er just to invest, so really enjoying it. Just would like options trading, any chance? Thanks

While the app is super useful for trading and helps newcomers to understand how it all works, there are still multiple glitches that make the experience very annoying. The pie overview is showing all pies packed together instead of different lines showing performance of a different pie on the chart, if you have a pie linked to creator’s own pie and want to rebalance - the function doesn’t work 8 out of 10 times. The performance charts often don’t upload and you have a pink screen for up to 10min at a time. Someone could argue these are small things, but for someone who is using this app to learn more about trading - it can be pretty annoying
