## Trading Post Coffee Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Never worked"
Sort it out please, it’s an utter waste of time. CBA with it anymore.
-- Pompeypall, 2026-06-20

### *---- "App Does not work"
Quite simply app does not work! Fix it or start again.
-- VindyS74, 2026-04-24

### **--- "Great coffee - app not so much"
Love the coffee but the last several times I’ve made a purchase I’ve been unable to connect to the app in store. Servers have tried to add my points - but no…
-- bahamer, 2026-03-24

### *---- "Never works."
Never works. Constant connection issues. Pointless loyalty app.
-- Mgblanchard, 2026-03-15

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Hasn’t worked for months and sadly loyalty cards don’t seem to be an option in the cafes instead, which is a shame
-- Holymatromony, 2026-01-17

### *---- "Awful app! Hasn’t worked in months!!!"
I’ve mentioned this soooo many times whilst in store & people just don’t seem to care. Been broken for months & months!!! Please sort it!
-- Royal MailA, 2025-12-03

### *---- "bad"
app says no internet connection
-- bayronita, 2025-11-22

### *---- "You owe me coffee!"
This is a hugely flawed app. If you’re going to make people download an app to collect points, the most basic thing we can expect is for it to work - and yet it hasn’t, for quite some time now. I’m sure the staff are equally annoyed at having to manually input email addresses, and at times I’ve not bothered to ask to avoid annoying the queue behind me.
-- Shelley1!, 2025-10-13

### *---- "Stopped working"
Doesn’t work anymore, boo hoo for my free coffees
-- Seb1177seb, 2025-10-13

### *---- "Avoid"
Signed up in store with my email address but I cannot login to the app. Poorly maintained.
