Good way to find trails or plan for big rides. The ability to download files and use navigation on my Garmin device is awesome.

Theft by stealth
I signed up on a special Trailforks deal of $24 for one year which was discounted from the full price of $60. This year I was outraged to receive an invoice out of the blue for a renewal of $89.99! There was no prior communication about being charged, and zero communication about the very significant price increase. In my view, this amounts to theft by stealth. Absolutely disgusted in this type of business practice. The app is average at best, has glitches on my iPhone and as a result I barely use it. After the experience above I will definitely never use Trailforks again. Thankfully they are refunding my money after complaining. I encourage anyone experiencing unannounced price hikes to do the same.
A little work goes a long way!
The app is great… to a point, but dig a bit deeper and all the bugs come out. And with just a little bit of work the app would be even more enjoyable and engaging.
Forget Trailforks…..
It’s diabolically difficult, impossible to get Trailforks to run as it is supposed to on my IPad and impossible on my IPhones. I would never had wasted my money or my time if I had known how much #$&g@ problems I have run into. Other programs are a piece of cake. Forget Trailforks, you have been advised.
Great app
Great app, I wish biking apps were this good.
Terrible.
I’ve been trying to delete my account via the app and I’m repeatedly getting an error message “error submitting account deletion request” and then when I try to delete it via the website, I get a different error message “account banned”. This app is 100% a scam. Be aware. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!
Bugs
Trail details are gibberish, clearly a programming error. iPhone 15Pro, iOS 17.4. Hopefully TrailForks will fix urgently as can’t research track details before you ride.

Lacking tracks
Since it moved to subscription model, users aren’t adding new tracks. It’s missing even the national cycle trail network, as well as 100’s of DOC tracks. In NZ its now to a point I will probably not bother with this app.
Disappointed
Clunky. Does not link to Strava, does not acknowledge that I have upgraded to Pro - keeps asking to upgrade even though I have.
