Got a new phone and now cannot login. Tried all the avenues of resetting. Even tried to create a new account but just gives the message “email address already use”. Nothing in inbox, junk, trash or any other inbox. Oh well, “All trails” pro app is working nicely.
I love this app on my phone but things kept happening to my phone while riding trails so I bought an Apple Watch only to find out it doesn’t work on the watch so I’m quite bummed ☹️
5 starts all around if you like biking
As others have mentioned, this seems to be getting worse with each new release. Current version just lost it’s location 4 times on the same ride 🤬 that I’ve previously ridden over 30 times. When it does that you get a straight line for that section of your ride. Very annoying and frustrating.
If u r serious about MTB, 1st get a helmet, 2nd decent bike, 3rd Trailforks. It has introduced me to so many cool trails and places. The logging is also great motivation.
Quality app, simple, easy integration with Garmin. Carries jump data and details over. Paid services are worth having. Has weather and trail report details. Widely accepted and has a donation program to you local non profit bike club if you subscribe through their link! Win win for everyone! #wnymba
This is the most comprehensive GIS for mtb trails. It has a wide catalogue of trails compiled by pinkbike.com which is an endemic mountain bike website from the early days. To see where Trailforks has ended up could bring a tear to a glass eye. Use this for mainstream trails. DO NOT record on pirate trails. Much love. Pinkbike user since 2007. Cheers.
I can not not get the app to operate after paying 53 dollars for the pro version and there is 0 technical help. have messaged trail forks twice with no response. I followed the common help questions for my problem and that did not solve the issue . So I payed for an app that clearly does not work and is not supported . Save your money and try one of the competitors . I would like my money back but there is no one to help me with that , never mind tell me why the app won’t work after I payed for it , that would be a better solution , help your customer so they they get what they payed for and are happy … … good customer survive and support … Novel thought , apprently not these days .
Did show a lot of great trails but would not allow me to right a comment on the trails
