TrainEasy is a smarter workout tracker and gym log built to help you stay consistent, train with intent, and hit more PRs.

TrainEasy combines fast workout logging with the AI Workout Assistant, Suggested Workouts, Smart Progression, AI Upload, ready-made programs, goals, muscle coverage, body tracking, and long-range insights. It is made for lifters who want more than a notebook: clear structure, better decisions, and proof that their training is working.

Log sets with your voice
TrainEasy Elite members can press and hold the microphone during an active workout to log or adjust sets, choose or add exercises, control rest timers, move between exercises, and undo changes without breaking their flow.

Train smarter
Smart Progression uses your workout history to suggest the weight, reps, or sets to aim for next. It supports common progression styles, rep ranges, repeated program workouts, and deload weeks, so you can keep progressing without rewriting your plan.

Suggested Workouts
Starting a blank workout? TrainEasy can recognize patterns in your recent manual training and suggest the next session in your rotation, so you can start logging straight away.

Import programs with AI
Already have a plan? AI Upload turns PDFs, CSVs, spreadsheets, documents, photos, and images into structured training programs you can train from. Start with an old coach program, a spreadsheet, or a photo of a workout and let TrainEasy handle the setup.

Log at light speed
Track sets, reps, load, RPE, time, distance, notes, warm-ups, drop sets, failure sets, supersets, rest times, and PRs. Use the Warm-up Set Calculator to build editable ramp sets from your working weight and set separate rest times for warm-up and working sets. Review up to 10 recent sessions inside each exercise card and reuse a previous session's sets without replacing work you have already logged. Swap exercises when equipment is taken, keep your session moving, and see live PRs while you train.

See the bigger picture
The You hub brings together goals, muscle coverage, progress photos, body measurements, and insights. Track strength, body-weight, and consistency goals. Review long-range trends across your training and measurements.

Share programs and workouts
Share private workout and program links with coaches, friends, and training partners, making it easier to pass plans into TrainEasy.

Made for iPhone training
Use Live Activities to control active workouts and rest timers from the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. TrainEasy Elite members can also use supported Siri Shortcuts for rest-timer controls. Sync supported body metrics and completed workout summaries with Apple Health when you allow it.
