It has a huge data base of exercises and it’s easy to communicate with my coach through the app as well. However, the reason I’m giving it 4⭐️ is because it constantly has issues with publishing. My coach will publish workouts and they sometimes show up and sometimes don’t show up. I’ll receive a notification that my workouts were published but they won’t appear and my coach will have to go back and republish everything. It’s annoying for me as a client and I’m sure annoying for my coach who has several clients.
