While finding a train is easy, paying for a ticket is not. “Something is off track. Sorry there was a problem at our end …” is not a very helpful error message. Can’t pay manually or via Apple Pay, which usually never fails. Multiple attempts same outcome. Pls fix thank you
For someone who never uses trains or busses (NZ) I was so relieved to find this app. It’s made booking and travelling so easy. Fingers crossed now everything is on time as there’s a couple of tight connections to be made!

Great apart from one annoying thing, I keep getting notifications in app which prevent me from doing what I want to do, and it’s usually as I’m trying to show my ticket to the conductor or trying to activate my ticket or something else important. A little thought could have gone in to either make the in app notifications dismissible, unobtrusive, or simply be able to turn them off, they’re usually something I don’t want to interact with while I’m travelling, I don’t mind answering questions about how many people were on the train, just not while I’m on it
No matter where I was going it wouldn’t book the trains. Always gave a generic error message.
Great for if you're working abroad and don't really know how to use the train system. Tells you the platform to be on an all
Should improve refund service esp with strikes etc
