## TrainMore Reviews in Netherlands

### **--- "Ughhh"
-- Natural4a, 2026-08-11

### ***-- "Drains your battery"
Apple must really love this app because it literally drains 10-15% of your battery when using the workouts schedule
-- Ricardo Janmaat, 2026-06-24

### **--- "Bad UX"
I had to search and look for a while to find my check in history. Why on earth is it in “self-service”?! I mean there is a few things a gym so should do and this does some properly. It’s like opening up a bank application with lots of settings and data dumped on you. Don’t they make enough money to have a better app?
-- Mitsinem, 2026-05-25

### *---- "Niet intuïtief"
Wat een ongelofelijk niet-intuïtieve app
-- Sor95720, 2026-05-16

-- AdriMM_NL, 2026-04-28

### ****- "Need the function of adding own training plans"
It would be really nice to have the ability to add your own work out plans into the app with animations on how to do the movements. I now make my own plans within another app, but it would be so nice to have a sort of 2-in-1.
-- Elli✌️, 2026-04-15

### *---- "Annoying notifications"
Impossible to turn off the news and offers notifications, forced to turn all app notifications off from my iPhone settings
-- ipo0123, 2026-04-01

### *---- "QR Code widget"
We don’t have th option to add a widget with our qr code to the Home Screen so we have to open the app every time. Please add this function
-- saschacolussi01010, 2026-03-25

### *---- "Apple Wallet"
Net lid geworden.

-- uby2222, 2026-01-18

### *---- "Booking options disappear - services not usable"
The app is unreliable. Booking options for multiple services (recovery services such as red light therapy and PT intake sessions) appear and disappear, making it impossible to plan or use services that are included in the membership.

At times the booking sections are visible, then they completely disappear from the app. Reinstalling the app and using another device did not resolve the issue.

Previous contact with support regarding booking issues did not receive any response.

This is frustrating for a paid service and seriously impacts usability.
-- Lia_NL, 2026-01-17

### ***-- "Incheck widget"

-- NoahEv, 2026-01-12

### **--- "Bring back tags"
The app is generally accessible for members, but if the wifi is down, a phone loses signal, the app has platform issues, or someone doesn’t have their phone on them all day — the organization doesn’t permit entry even by manual check-In. It’s needlessly bureaucratic and unpleasant.
-- Cerulean88, 2026-01-08

### *---- "Lacks Wallet"
You now force subscribers to fiddle with an app to enter (and exit!) clubs, AND also fail to at least add wallet support for the bloody qr code. I’m not going to continue my subscription at train more.

BEFORE I could enter the club with a token, now I need at least 3 taps on my phone…
-- Falco9222222, 2025-12-18

### *---- "you have one job…"
…and that is to tag in and out the gym. Nobody cares about the rest.

Why the QR code is hidden in an option that DOES NOT LOOK LIKE A BUTTON??

It’s a black option in a black background and tiny letters, ✨IN A CAROUSEL✨

The QR code should be the first visible thing when you open the app, without the need to tap it.
-- v42, 2025-11-25

### **--- "Apple Watch/Wallet support"

Of Apple Wallet.
-- Pexolinjo, 2025-09-20

### ***** "Top"
Top
-- Antony2023vvbbb, 2025-09-13

### *---- "Manuel - soon ex-member"
Careful: they will send an email with a a seemingly good offer, and without telling you they won’t let you cancel for a year!
-- manuel.lomb, 2025-09-13

### *---- "Steeds slechter"
Belachelijk
-- MeesMaas, 2025-09-03
