You have to watch this App like a hawk! Travellers beware!!
I booked a ticket for 1 adult with SENIOR RAILCARD. I entered the journey details and paid for the ticket only to find that the App had “forgotten” the railcard and charged me the full adult price. Fellow travellers — you must watch this app like a *hawk* throughout the booking and payment process for spontaneous unwanted changes.

Has saved me so much money
Great train booking alternative
I only recently come across TrainSplit, and really appreciate it not charging a reservation fee, so it’s my first choice for booking train tickets. A couple of niggles remain: 1) although you can now download receipts, you can’t save them into Files or Photos on iPhones; 2) it’s not (yet) possible to include RailAir coaches in your travel route; and 3) the route selection UI is still a little clunky compared with competitors. I’m sure these things will ultimately get sorted though, so keep up the great work!
What a faff!
I’ve used this app a few times and I would say be careful when booking and also say goodbye to a refund unless you have proof you are dying! I’m still waiting on a refund for a journey had to cancel!
