The latest update as of 2/17/2025 doesn’t allow you to see future workouts, thereby taking away your ability to plan for the next day. Not well thought out - I want to revert back to the previous version.

Whether you’re experienced or not, TrainWithMe is for anyone who seriously wants to improve their life.  TWM not only gets you fit but puts commitment, motivation and discipline back into your life.  With the TWM app you can workout anytime, anyplace with a detailed video of your personalized program that your trainer prepared.  Each time you workout, your virtual trainer will be working out with you, instructing proper form, giving tips on how to exactly perform each exercise.  Communication with your trainer is simple.  Send and/or receive a tex or voice message right from the app.  You can also synchronize your Apple Watch with TWM so your trainer can track your progress and make adjustments accordingly.  I have to mention that I have been very fortunate to have Mike D as my personal trainer.  He trained me years ago for competition.  He is hands down absolutely the best there is!  I workout in my home gym.  He not only personalizes my programs but motivates and gives me positive energy each time I workout.  Any time I have a question on nutrition, or wanting a change in my program, we’ll chat on the phone.  You will not be disappointed.  Best investment you’ll spend on yourself.

We started using TWM about 2 years ago on a friend's recommendation. The start simple, short workouts, 3X week approach is excellent. Small, incremental steps from novice through advanced, builds confidence and results along the way. Our goals focus was, and is core strength and balance. Great coach interaction👍👍Highly effective and successful!! Down to high school weight, better balance than ever. We continue to use the app.
