## TRAKK Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Impossible sign up"
Would love to review your app having joined a gym that advertises its use.. unfortunately signing up for the app proves harder than the work out in the gym !! deleted !
-- pweetman, 2024-12-13

### *---- "Disappointed"
The App only worked long enough to register. After that all I got was a black screen ios16.
-- owe'd john, 2024-12-05

### ***** "gym goals"
I'm fairly new to the gym but love that my gym has TRAKK! It's great my PT can build me my own workouts to follow. Even better for motivation and time managment to achieve my gym goals - i would be lost without it.
-- toria_2025, 2024-11-13

### ***** "Great idea of an app"
As above
-- BENAGYM, 2024-11-13

### *---- "App garbage"
Every time it asks me to verify my email it says that the link doesn’t work or may have expired. Very poor
-- Idle bum, 2024-11-08

### *---- "Don’t bother!"
I can’t even sign up, says account already exists with this email or account not found. Takes me to the login page when trying to sign up. Got fed up of watching the circle spinning around so gave up. I gave 1 star because zero was not an option! Sort it out!
-- Groovigrani, 2024-11-06

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Tried this app to try to start using the gym at Queen’s Park in Chesterfield. Problem 1: the QR codes on the machines lead only to error 404: not found. Problem 2: When I downloaded the app on the App Store, following the steps to register as a new user, the app simply returned me to the login screen. Happy to have another try if the developer gets in touch.
-- Charles Bartlett, 2024-10-20

### *---- "Doesn’t even let you sign up"
What good is this app, when you try and sign up as new, it just says account not found. Useless
-- Thebob34, 2024-10-10

### **--- "Clunky"
Why does it keep logging me out?!
I’m at a gym, don’t want to keep leaving my phone unlocked or on the floor. It goes in my pocket but every time I lock it it logs me out the app?!
Crazy basic requirement!
-- Kell-bell81, 2024-10-05

### **--- "Sadly the app to broken"
When I got the app I thought this looks awesome I set up my first planned workout. After about few weeks when I got problems with the app which I will list bellow sadly why I won’t be using the app for now.

1. When I went to delete the work out to create new one the old one would randomly come back then error out the system each time I went to delete. This lead to next issues.

2. It forced logged me out of the account then said my account does not exist that I should contact support (I don’t have time for this) so I created new account with another email.

3. This one not a major issue but made the app less convenient. Not being able to organise the work outs in the way that I would start at the gym. Example (warm up, main & cool down) the app pushed the main then the other two after.

4. Fair issue I think the app needs to support offline use have it save on device then upload to account when connected to network. Reason is when I used phone data and network dropped it would either kick me from work out I was on or log me out completely.

If the first two issues are ever fixed I would say let me know I would consider coming back on that alone. Bonus if the fourth issue gets implemented. My only reason for giving the app a two star is I do think this app has good potential.
