## trakt.TV Time To Watch Reviews in United States

### ****- "Still improving"
Ok, first I’ve noticed that I have to go in and press the save to watchlist multiple times. Which means I’m not able to watch all the shows I want to because they are not being shown in calendar.
Alright second, love the app, only one I would want to use! Hate when it stops working and I need to wait for an update!
-- NiCoCo1986, 2026-06-28

### ***-- "New style"
I liked the previous style better, because I could see the overall playtime of movies and tv shows all together, it was really fun for me to check from time to time.
-- Chris The Boar, 2026-06-23

### **--- "Updates changed the one feature I used"
Traditionally I’d track all movies to see a total watch time of everything I’ve watched. I opened up the app today and logged something only for there to be no total runtime on my profile. I pay for VIP and this feature is the only thing I use it for, duh…. Why would I continue paying when they’ve gotten rid of the only thing I use
-- Mckobee, 2026-06-23

### *---- "Hate the Update"
The user interface changes are terrible. Where are my reviews? I can’t find them in the profile tab anymore.
Why has the font gotten so small? Can we please have an option in settings?
-- Aaabn, 2026-06-22

### **--- "V3 Ruins Tons of Functionality"
I’ve used this app for years. Loved it. They recently introduced an update that absolutely gutted the available features. So sad :( I am now searching for an alternative
-- Transposed, 2026-05-25

### *---- "Do not use this app"
Love the app, but no customer support. It’s working perfectly on my Mac through the website, but I can no longer login to the app with the same username and password and there’s no customer support & need password for their forum🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
-- Mary the Reader, 2026-05-16

### *---- "Can’t sign in"
App can’t sign you in. The website doesn’t let you sign in either.
-- whymakemexhooseanickname, 2026-05-11

### *---- "Money grubbing"
Happy to pay $30 /year. You doubled the price and lost a customer. Good job.
-- SergeantSunshine, 2026-05-07

### *---- "Used to work great, now it’s broken"
Every update has made this app worse. Now every screen takes 10 seconds to load. You can’t just scroll through the upcoming calendar anymore.
-- nuttyturnip, 2026-04-29

### *---- "Buggy"
I’ve been using this app for sometime now. Worked really well and helped me keep up with the shows that I watch. However recently it’s been kinda buggy. Won’t let me reload the currently watching. Closed the app and opened it several times. Turned phone on and off. So today I decided to delete the app and redownload it. However now it won’t let me sign back in. All because I was trying to fix this app on my end. Get your stuff together please! Ridiculous that I have to lose my data and time because it continues to be buggy.
-- PointlessHero68, 2026-04-29

### *---- "Unusable"
New update is unusable.
-- hsdjcjuc, 2026-04-29

### **--- "Updates not great"
The updates have no way to differentiate between what I've watched and haven't watched. I've seen one season of a show and the checkmark is purple on those episodes. But the episodes that i haven't seen also have a purple checkmark. What is going on, this app keeps going downhill
-- the100thej, 2026-04-29

### *---- "Garbage"
Been pure garbage for awhile
-- poohbear488473, 2026-04-27

### *---- "V3 Made Me Uninstall"
The new update has made it almost impossible to do any of the things I was using the app for, so I deleted it and now use the web browser with V2 exclusively. V3 is really ugly to look at and hard to navigate because it’s just a list with show covers. If I wanted just a list, I’d make a spreadsheet. I used this app multiple times per day and now it’s not even installed on my phone.
-- aprilstaedt, 2026-04-25

### *---- "They’ve made this app a dumpster fire. Find something else"
Trash. Absolute trash.
-- TFWas, 2026-04-18

### **--- "Why do I have To Open All The time To Receive Push Notifications?"
Even after paying for the sub for this to it's annoying.
-- iawsome123, 2026-04-16

### ***-- "Good App, Poor Update"
I use this app to track everything I watch and frankly, since the app got updated to version 3.0, it’s been harder to use. I miss the out of 10 rating system as well as the ability to rate specific seasons of shows. I miss the out of 10 rating system but that’s not a huge worry since the 5 stars functions pretty much the same. This is just an opinion but I also sort of liked the design of the classic app more.

Something I do like though is the watching streak, not really sure if that was a thing in classic but it is on the new website and they should totally update that to the new version so it’s on the app as well.

Also, I know this is more of a TMDB error but it’s annoying how a lot of animes are listed as just one season when there are multiple seasons.

I miss being able to see how many hours and minutes we’ve watching per day just listed there, I also miss seeing runtime of individual seasons.

They should at least add an option in settings so you can change the layout to the classic app because the new layout isn’t good.
-- mistad123, 2026-04-11

### *---- "New layout"
I do not like the new layout at all. It’s very hard to find anything now where the old design had it layed out pretty well just need some adjustments. It won’t load on my desktop at all and the actual iOS app does not work at all says …. oh no this wasn’t planned. If this keeps happening contact support. I’ve spent 30 minutes searching to find a way to contact support and send screenshots, but can’t find the real actual support for Trakt. Very disappointing experience for me I’ve had Trakt since Trakt started.
-- WillowLynn369, 2026-04-05

### *---- "Ehhh"
I got this app to keep track of movies/shows and I loved how I could see how many times I’ve watched a movie and it calculated how long I’ve been watching movies/shows. But after the update it removed all the features I loved
-- Whompppp, 2026-04-02

### *---- "Kevin will kill Trakt with V3"
I used to love Trakt. The iOS app was a great companion for the web app, but since the V3 push it has deteriorated to an unhelpful and worthless platform. Most useful features have been removed in the redesign, and information density has been axed to the point where dozens of swipes, clicks, and taps are required just to see what was once visible on a single screen. Now Trakt just looks like a basic streaming app (but without any media to stream). I cancelled my VIP after around 3 years of supporting the app I loved. If Justin is reading this, please find a way to make V3 just a bad memory and not the future of Trakt. This is not the Trakt I have loved for a decade 😢
