Can’t buy tickets(Useless)
Dear developers I don’t know how you designed this application but, it is really annoying paying the monthly subscription ticket and not receiving any. The bank transaction was accepted, but I didn’t receive my Ticket.

Impossible de payer des titres de transport
J’ai utilisé plusieurs mois l’application sans aucune difficulté et je trouvais le dispositif très pratique. Toutefois, depuis plusieurs jours je ne parviens pas à renouveler mon abonnement car il m’est impossible de payer mon titre de transport, le paiement n’est jamais validé.
