This has happened to me a few times and has just happened again…

You have a functioning tram tracker app. You decide to update it because it has new “bug fixes” and the update is totally broken and can’t get past the opening load screen. 

I live near the depot and I need this app to work because trams are constantly leaving late, or worse, 5 or 10 minutes early.

App is straight forward to use and tram arrival times are usually accurate. There are times, however, when the app is completely unresponsive: no error message, no indication of when it might come back, nothing.
