## Transakt Description
Transakt bietet eine Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung für Ihr Mobiltelefon. Indem Sie Ihr Mobiltelefon eindeutig mit Ihrem Konto verknüpfen (z. B. bei einer Bank) sind Sie vor Phishing-Angriffen und anderem Online-Betrug geschützt. Die App verschlüsselt die gesamte Kommunikation zwischen Ihrem Gerät und Ihrem Kontoanbieter (z. B. Ihrer Bank). Es können mehrere Konten von verschiedenen Anbietern hinzugefügt werden.

Bei der Installation fordert die App die Erlaubnis an, die Kamera Ihres Mobiltelefons zum Scannen von QR-Codes zu verwenden. Um ein Konto in Transakt zu aktivieren, müssen Sie einen QR-Code scannen (oder einen Anmeldecode eingeben), den Sie vom Kontoanbieter erhalten haben. Jeder Kontoanbieter hat seine eigene Aktivierungsrichtlinie, auf die Transakt keinen Einfluss hat. Bei Problemen mit der Aktivierung eines Kontos, wenden Sie sich bitte direkt an Ihren Kontoanbieter.

Jedes Mal wenn Sie sich bei einem Konto anmelden möchten oder eine Transaktion freigeben möchten, bietet die App einen sicheren Authentifizierungskanal zwischen Ihrem Mobiltelefon und Ihrem Kontoanbieter. Dies geschieht mit Hilfe eineseinzigartigen digitalen Zertifikats, das von Transakt auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert wird. Mit einem einfachen Klick bestätigen Sie Ihre Identität und melden sich sicher an.

Habe mit Hilfe eines Backup mein Handy wiederhergestellt. Transakt ist seit her nicht mehr brauchbar. Es gibt keine Verknüpfung zu meinen Kreditkarten mehr und auch keine möglichkeit diese wieder zu hinterlegen. Das Problem habe jetzt schon fast 1 Jahr und immer noch die dumme Hoffnung, dass es mal gefixt wird. Die App ist völlig unbrauchbar geworden!

@ SWISSCARD when are you going to react to all the angry customers?? Your useless app is just making customers, like me , to use another creditcard like The “TopCard Service AG” whose app is working flawlessly! -> that works perfectly even after changing to a new phone! 
Next step for me will be to cancel your card...

Unbrauchbar, wenn man ein Gerät wechseln muss hat man keine Chance mehr, das auf dem neuen Gerät zu aktivieren. Wie kann ich mach dem Gerätewechsel nun eine Zahlung freigeben? Man hat schlicht keine Möglichkeit dazu, nicht mal eine Option wie per SMS freigeben. Einfach unfassbar in der heutigen Zeit!

Offenbar ist es nicht möglich, diese App auf einen neuen Telefon zu registrieren. Die Verantwortlichen benutzen sicher noch ihr Nokia 6310.

Wenn ihr schon nicht in der Lage seid,  neue Telefone zu registrieren, dann sendet um Himmelswillen gleich die SMS. So wie damals, als alles noch besser war.

Um dem Ganzen noch eine Sahnehaube aufzusetzen, Entwickler-Antworten wie: „Hi, geht nicht...“

Dann ist Transakt tot und man kann es auch nicht wieder aktivieren! Sagt die offizielle Hilfe-Seite der App. Keine Ahnung, was die Onlineshops dazu sagen, die den Service einsetzen um die Zahlung abzusichern. Als Kunde sage ich 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻.
