I needed more storage I needed more time. I need more things transcribed so I paid for the subscription. Once I paid for the subscription, it stopped working. I kept getting a message. Please try again. So I reached out to the email for customer service and took them a few hours to get back to me telling me to change the format which I had already done and it still won’t work. So now they have my money and I can’t transcribe anything and I can’t get any help so if you need it for a trial.
