Refund for refusing to transcribe my work after payment
I just got your software yesterday and was starting to transcribe my audio to text when I was prompted to pay 249.00 after a brief trial period. I paid for an hour to continue the transcribing, but your app didn't transcribe it, then I paid for another hour to make it two hours, but your app still didn't transcribe my work for the two hours I paid for. I was still being asked to pay for 47 seconds. Please transcribe the 2 hours that have already been paid. I've already requested a refund from Apple if you don't transcribe the two hours I've already paid for!!!
