Well, don’t know really where to start? I joined transform as I needed that kick start to get me back in shape, oscars been an amazing PT I have enjoyed every class and the girls I’ve met have been great. Next week is my last week I had a catch up last week with Oscar and also Dan was there, was asked if I was going to stay and they were pleased with my attitude towards every class I don’t feel there was an any incentive from Dan regarding getting me signed up. after paying £600 for six weeks, and then on top of that buying protein shake T-shirt and bottle I thought they might have been some kind of package to keep me there. And I must say the two PTs who run the sessions are fully dedicated to there job and to everyone who attends their sessions. The Transformation Hub has given me so much encouragement and support. I have not only lost the weight but feel fitter and stronger both physically and mentally. The circuit training is both enjoyable and addictive because all the team at Transformation Hub are full of life and enthusiasm ❤️. Nothing is too much trouble, they constantly monitor you throughout the sessions to ensure you are carrying out every exercise correctly. They also modify exercises for the more hardened gym goer. It has been a very positive experience all round mainly because Gabby, Kieran and H are a great team.
