I have used this app with good results off and on since it was created. I recently tried to rejoin and the app gets hung up when I try to sign-up for a monthly subscription. Quite unfortunate. I have tried the KEPT app, and while it’s good, transform Better aligns with my needs. -- justwantanap, 2024-07-01 ### *---- "Continued Decline - No Customer Concern" I really enjoyed this app for many years; however over the past 2 yrs the quality and progress declined. When I started, I list a lot of weight using the workouts and really great recipes. Over time, my progress dropped and recommended adjustments didn’t help. It also seemed like more “shakes” and “supplements” were pushed and added to the meal lists instead of refreshing actual recipes. I decided to cancel my subscription in 2023 and try something different. When I got a “RENEWAL” charge for another year yesterday, I was very upset. I went to my account and it showed last frilled April 2023. Then I realized that my account was DUPLICATED onto another “Legacy” platform where I saw an active renewal for another year. I guess it’s MY fault for getting caught up in the confusion of multi-platforms and personal life debacles of Chris & Heidi’s business ventures that I missed all the switching and moving of my accounts. I reached to customer service kindly requesting they cancel and refund based on the confusion and was basically told “SORRY ABOUT YOUR LUCK” and “educated” on the policies that were communicated. That’s fine Transform; you got me for another year, wasting my money, but now instead of selling your product as something that was great and helped me for a long time and “worth a try”……..I will advise 100% away from your platform, process, and especially “customer care”. Forcing me to keep your product is a show of greed and lack of customer concern. My request was sent IMMEDIATELY, not after I continued to use the product expecting something after I already engaged with it. Here’s a recommendation; next time you duplicate an account; get rid of the old one and force a new login so people have clarity on what’s going on. -- G4rce12!, 2024-05-29 ### *---- "Weight loss" O Can you get this app no roku -- jila ashby, 2023-12-28 ### ****- "Would recommend changes to app" Would like to change the exercise to a modified exercise and to be able to jot down each sets weight . -- danad74, 2023-12-07 ### **--- "Not so great" Kept charging me randomly years later after I stopped using the app. Watch your charges on your Credit Card! I stopped using this app in 2021 and they randomly without permission charged my credit card twice this year even after I called them and they said they removed my credit card from their system. Clearly they lied. I did give 2 stars because the idea of the program has helped a lot of people it just did not help me which is why I canceled. Otherwise, I would have only given one star -- Coffeehouz, 2023-09-24 ### ****- "2 improvements needed to make it even better" The big improvements this app needs, is the following: At the end of your workout when you enter in the weight that you did, there needs to be space to add in the weight for each set since not all sets are at the same intensity level The app needs to be able to take the weight data entered at the end of each workout and predict/suggest the weight for the next phase of the workout based on the previous phase’s data. If you don’t write down the workouts and weight used each time, it would be a guessing game for the next workout that has the same exercises. I appreciate that I don’t have to come up with my own workout, but the data entered should be used to tailor the next phase or the next week for that matter. It’s so close to being perfect, but this is a major missed opportunity -- Lancer505, 2023-05-07 ### *---- "Continued to charge me after I deactivated my subscription" I didn’t find this app helpful, so I deactivated my account. The information on their website is misleading, so be careful if you try to delete your account. They could still be charging you without your consent. They charged me 4 times even after I followed the instructions on the website. The website has many typos and is unorganized. Also, customer service won’t let you talk to a human. They only communicate via email. -- kvg_1972, 2023-03-29 ### ***-- "This app has potential to be amazing but falls short" I downloaded this app and had really high hopes. I’ve used it for almost a week and when I went to do my meal plans and grocery shopping, I couldn’t get everything to work properly in the app. My meal plans wouldn’t add to my grocery list like they were supposed to and when I tried to change my meal plans that I couldn’t change the meals in the search that I was looking for. It’s kind of difficult to use for someone who hasn’t ever used it. I went back to my old app that I’ve been using for years. if this one has bug fixes, then maybe I’ll give it a try again later. -- Noneya12345678901, 2023-02-02 ### *---- "Annoying glitch" App is great however there is a glitch that hasn’t been fixed. The audio cues start whenever you adjust the volume on an iPhone running iOS 16.3, even when the toggle switch is in the off position. I’ve mentioned the glitch on several occasions to support, however it hasn’t been addressed. It’s such an annoyance I’m not sure how much longer I will use the app. -- Redacted23, 2023-01-29 ### ****- "New update ruined viewing" The newest update messed up being able to watch dance videos sideways on iPhone. You used to be able to click “Start Workout” and all videos would play one after another and you had the option to view full screen and sideways or view on TV. Now you don’t. You have to manually click each video separately to view sideways or on the TV. Very inconvenient since you have to stop and go to the next video and play all while trying to workout. Please fix this. -- Juanita56m, 2022-10-07 [View all Transformation with Chris reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Transformation with Chris In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Transform 1 Month | $14.99 | | Transform 3 Month | $38.99 | | Transform 1 Year | $119.99 | ## Transformation with Chris Discovered Keywords -
